Bought the correct car for us I went looking to buy a outback, but due to the correct information from our salesman Barry we ended up buying the correct car for us. Worst customer service experience ever! Mike o'Meara was our sales person. Right off the bat you know this is a arrogant little brat. When we were interested in purchasing a new car his in Mike o'Meara was our sales person. Right off the bat you know this is a arrogant little brat. When we were interested in purchasing a new car his insensitive attitude softened up. International Subaru did not have a car that we were looking for. So we came back four days later to see if there were any more on the lot. When I explained to him that we were no longer interested in purchasing a new car and now looking for used car he tried to convince us to lease a new one. When I told him no we will buy a used car he told me there's nothing more he can do for me. My family consists of six drivers. Three of us already own Subarus which we purchased brand new. International Subaru was always our first location to check. I should have learned my lesson about giving this establishment a second try. I was purchasing a brand new 2016 fully loaded outback. We got down to deciding price and Ken Voogt decided to walk away from me while in conversation for a woman who came in with a low-cut shirt. How they ended up with four stars at this dealership is beyond me. Very bad experience every time we walk in the door. If you want great service you should go to Gerald Subaru of Naperville. And ask for Kelly Thomas or Autobarn Subaru in Countryside. This is where we purchased our 2016 fully loaded Outback. More
