Fixed my flat tire and replaced another one same day. It was great! As of the last year the service has significantly declined. My car was making a strange noise so I had called to make an appointment. Well their hours are horrible for any day working person. I believe the latest appointment is 4 or 4:30 and Saturdays booked. So I mentioned I would have to see a mechanic at this point and he didn't seem very concerned about that when he just said ok and pretty much hung up. My husband then attempted to call to talk to someone in the service center and when no one answered asked for the manager and same response kept being forwarded back to the operator who just kept on insisting to transfer us to the same number no one was answering. Had another incident today with the parts center. After today I will not be returning to international autos for any reason. Their customer service is the worst!! More

New Crosstrek, Easy Purchase I bought a new Crosstrek last year (2015) from Larry Sweis. From the moment I walked in, I was treated respectfully and didn't feel pressured or "sol I bought a new Crosstrek last year (2015) from Larry Sweis. From the moment I walked in, I was treated respectfully and didn't feel pressured or "sold to" throughout the process. Larry knows Subarus sell themselves, but was happy to answer questions I had. If he was unsure of something, he asked someone on the sales team to get the accurate details. The financing and finalization was smooth with no BS. I go the car I wanted at a better than market price with no weirdness or games. I still visit the dealership for routine service. My appointment time is never delayed and again there is no game playing with up-selling for service or parts. I've recommended two friends visit this dealership and will continue to do so, as I assume the professional relationship they've cultivated with me continues. More

Someone contacted me right away and we made an appointment to test drive one of their vehicles. Closer to appointment time I received a friendly email reminding me of our agreement. I thought that was helpful! Upon arrival, my sales person Pearl made my whole experience comfortable with her warm personality. All of my questions were answered with no hidden agendas! I was greeted with nothing but professionalism and respect. The dealership is clean, friendly, comfortable and all business across the board. I didnt feel intimidate nor pressured when purchasing my vehicle. They dont try to B.S. you. I recommend this dealership to any and everyone who is lookng to purchase a vehicle. I can GUARANTEE you will leave very happy. By the way it wasnt a all day process. Great experience - 2015 Forester I worked with Marty Lucas from a distance to pick out, price, and purchase a 2015 Forester. I'm in Wisconsin and the dealership is in Illinois, so we I worked with Marty Lucas from a distance to pick out, price, and purchase a 2015 Forester. I'm in Wisconsin and the dealership is in Illinois, so we did pretty much everything by e-mail. This could have been a real pain, but Marty was always quick and responsive so things went very smoothly. Most dealerships had few or no Foresters on the lot at the time due to demand, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that these guys had one in exactly the color/spec I was looking for. Despite the high demand, Marty gave me a fantastic price with no tricky salesmanship or upselling. Marty and Joe also found a way to beat my credit union's financing. When it came time to pick up the car and sign all the paperwork, once again things were very simple and smooth. Absolutely no high-pressure nonsense or unwelcome attempts to up-sell. Marty walked me through all of the features of the car to make sure I was comfortable with it, gave me a nice overview of warranty coverages and all of that, and got me on my way nice and quickly. All in all, I couldn't be happier with the experience and will absolutely come back. More

Marty was very friendly, professional, and accommodating to my requests. The entire buying process was stress free, and they were more than happy to work with my credit union to secure financing. A month later the car is a joy and i'm very happy with my purchase. I will consider International Subaru of Orland Park when buying new in the future. More
