Service department would not answer the phone as it rang for over an hour. Service department would not return phone calls even if I left multiple messages in the dame day. Held my car hostage for over 1 mo for over an hour. Service department would not return phone calls even if I left multiple messages in the dame day. Held my car hostage for over 1 month and did an unnecessary battery charge (which they later made me pay $150) and would not return the car until it was paid. After 1 month of waiting and 2 weeks of a part being lost in shipping, they finally called a partnered dealership and got the part to fix my car. I have the unlimited warranty and because of the unnecessary battery charge they still made me pay over $150 to get my car back. Again after keeping it for a month without returning any phone calls. More
