We experienced the worse treatment at this dealership. This dealership would get nothing more then a -0 star from me. AFTER PURCHASING A VEHICLE, just a few days, we had an issue arise so we went to discuss it with someone there. First, we were ignored 2 times by the gentleman who was told we needed to talk with him. When he finally approached us, he never introduced himself or even tried to show a concerned interest in our issue. He was very rude and unwilling to, pretty much, hear what we had to say about the problem we had. His comments and body language suggested that he was not interested and he was not going to help. So in other words he told us we were just stuck with the issue and to deal with it. I would never recommend anyone to do business with this dealership. I was warned before I went, that they were like that, but I wanted to draw my own conclusions. Well I can just say that we are stuck with them due to the purchase of a vehicle but I did learn a lesson that day and that is to listen to my friends next time. They will never have to worry about me sending anyone to them. All they are concerned with is making a profit and not the actual customer purchasing from them. Buyer BEWARE!!!!! More

Brought my truck in at 1:30pm for routine 30,000 mile maintenance on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 . I made the appointment online Monday, October 25, 2021. Dwane meet me when I arrived and said that the wo maintenance on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 . I made the appointment online Monday, October 25, 2021. Dwane meet me when I arrived and said that the work would take about an hour to perform. They were done in 55minutes, Outstanding Customer Service!!!
