I brought my truck in for diagnosis of an inoperable power tilt steering column. When I spoke to Angel (the Service Advisor) about what the tech found, I was pleased to find that he had gotten the tilt power tilt steering column. When I spoke to Angel (the Service Advisor) about what the tech found, I was pleased to find that he had gotten the tilt function working for me. There was a loose connection at the motor. How easy would it have been for Angel and the tech to tell me that the motor needed replaced, and leave it at that? I would know no better and would probably have authorized a repair. This level of integrity from the tech and Angel was of the highest level. I can assure you that there are other dealerships that would take advantage of this opportunity to drive revenue. I’ll be back to see Angel the next time I need service. I will also be certain to recommended Angel to friends and family More

As expected, the maintenance staff was attentive to my needs and conducted themselves in a professional manner. In fact, I took the vehicle in about 2 hours before my scheduled appointment time in order needs and conducted themselves in a professional manner.
