I contacted Interstate Ford about ordering a new Raptor. I got an immediate response but the salesman told me there is a $10,000 to $15,000 market adjustment over MSRP. No thanks. 1 minute later the local Ford dealership (6 miles from Interstate Ford) called and offered to order the Raptor for MSRP. My Raptor was ordered the next day and 2 days later they got an allocation. Unfortunately for Interstate Ford my wife is also looking to purchase a new car so you lost 2 customers with your market adjustment BS. More

He did not try to pressure me into a vehicle out of my price range, he did not try to oversell a vehicle that did not meet my criteria, he was the best salesman I’ve dealt with in over 30 years of purchasing Ford/Lincoln/Mercury vehicles at various dealerships.
