Our sales person, Travis Willis, was exceptional and even helped us when I was indecisive between two different colored vehicles. Great experience, purchased used car from Nick Miller This is my second time purchasing from Interstate Ford. This time my mother & I went looking for my father a used car. I will say, first we went to Joseph Walker Toyota, mainly because it was on the way & we decided to stop and browse. Stood outside 15 minutes looking at cars, and no one approached either of us to ask if we needed assistance. We left. We then went to Interstate Ford, as planned, and within a couple of minutes a salesman, Nick Miller, came outside to ask if we needed assistance. Wasn't pushy, was very polite, and we told him which car we'd like to drive. Nick was knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the few hours we spent at the dealer. It's always a process, and although he also tended to other customers he still kept checking on my family as we waited for final signing, etc. Didn't leave us hanging with any unanswered questions, was great in the negotiation process, and it was an overall spectacular experience that couldn't have been better. We were treated great, our needs were met, and our expectations were exceeded. I've bought cars at other dealerships too, but Interstate Ford has a good way of making things go quick as they can, considering circumstances, waiting on banks, paperwork, etc. One more thing that stood out, Nick reached out to us a couple of days after the purchase to check on how my father was liking the car, and we really appreciated that. It's clear we weren't just a sale and then forgotten, but thanked for the business well after the transaction, which seems old fashioned in today's times, and very much respected. Always a pleasure at Interstate Ford. The gentleman in finance was also very polite and pleasurable to work with. Oh one more thing, the waiting room was airing Fox News. That was the cherry on top!
