One happy & satisfied customer Transmission on my 1999 Ford Explorer went out on March 17th. I spoke with salesman Tony on March 19th regarding a 2015 Ford Explorer I saw online. Unfortunately, that vehicle had been sold the day before, but Tony was determined to sell me a vehicle & didn't let me hang up the phone until I was interested in another vehicle that had the same criteria plus more than I was looking for. The next day I rented a vehicle & drove 2 hours & it was well worth the drive. Tony put me in a 2016 Ford Explorer Limited w/leather seats, sunroof & bluetooth all of which I wanted & I didn't need any money down. Tony was aware I wasn't prepared to buy a new truck but because my transmission went out I had no choice. Interstate Ford employees were super nice & more than anything I felt welcomed! More

They gave me much more on my trade in that what i was expecting and even took a big chunk off of my new car. They even had to do some searching to get exactly what i wanted, They ended up having it drove in from cleveland. I bought a 2016 focus ST and got a tremendous deal on it because of them. Their service and dedication to customer satisfaction is second to none. About a month after i went back to them to get my girlfriend a new 2017 Escape. Again service and dedication to customer satisfaction was excellent. They gave her a good deal on her lease and gave more than we were expecting on trade in. I would recommend those 2 salesmen to any person looking for a new car. Ford should be proud to have salesmen like these 2. More
