I have a Mustang GT with a Roush performance package. I had been taking it to the only Roush-certified Ford dealership near me. Interstate Ford recently attained Roush certification so I brought my Mustang had been taking it to the only Roush-certified Ford dealership near me. Interstate Ford recently attained Roush certification so I brought my Mustang there. I was allowed to speak directly with the Roush mechanic, Garrett. He made recommendations that weren’t even considered by the other dealership, and he got to work. He texted me with progress reports, and even texted me a cool picture of my disassembled car to show me what he was working on. When I picked-up my car, my service advisor asked if I wanted to speak to Garrett about the work he did. I said “Sure!” Garrett spent another 15 minutes describing what he kind, what he did, and what we might want to consider as next steps. I’ve NEVER gotten this kind of “white glove” treatment before, not even at the “luxury car dealership” where I take my wife’s car. My hat is off to Garrett and the team... my Mustang, my Expedition and my Edge all have a home at Interstate Ford. Thanks Garrett! More
