Poor service I dropped my Van off on a Tuesday. Was told all repairs and my oil change service would be completed By Friday. I picked up my Van on Saturday so I co I dropped my Van off on a Tuesday. Was told all repairs and my oil change service would be completed By Friday. I picked up my Van on Saturday so I could return to Work on Monday. None of the work was performed on my van. Parts were onsite as they were ordered 2-3weeks prior to me dropping off my van. The service advisor that was there said that he would have the Sevice manager contact me and I have never heard from them. I will look into a different Dealership for my Van's sevice and repairs. More

I went back in later and told them to hold off and Josh said that's okay we had to order the parts anyway and when I asked for a diagnosis sheet he just wrote down on a piece of paper the part number. I decided to take it to a friend who has a way better resume than any mechanic that works there. And owns his own performance shop in Evans and he diagnosed it withturbo oil feed line which came out to be $900, Ford tried scamming me for $2,800 more. They are a rip-off, liars, and are crooks ,do not believe them . More

F350 100k service I was thinking about buying a new truck. But took my 09 F350 lariat 4x4 long bed diesel in for a 100k service instead. The rear end was leaking a litt I was thinking about buying a new truck. But took my 09 F350 lariat 4x4 long bed diesel in for a 100k service instead. The rear end was leaking a little but the truck was in good shape. I was told it also needed rear tie rods front and rear main seals. I also had the belts replaced, brakes done and fluids changed. One week $5000 later I got the truck back. After driving for about 1000 miles I noticed a leak coming from the front end. I called Josh he said to bring it in. A day and a half later I was told the engine had to be pulled and turned upside down to fix the leak?? Oh and by the way no guarantee it wouldn’t still leak. Another $5000 just in labor at least. I hate being at the mercy of the dealer.The truck was not leaking when I took it in. I saw another guy on DealerRater with the same problems as mine. Ford must have a tie rod problem Same model just newer 100k service. They said it would cost him another $3700 to fix it. He took his truck to another mechanic that he worked with.He found none of the problems that Interstate Ford said was wrong with his truck. I think I could have changed my oil and kept on trucking like I had been. Wish I would have. Who knows maybe they thought I would go next door and buy a new truck. After all I had bought two trucks there and my wife bought an 12 F150 Platinum from them. They do a lot of service for Halliburton. Maybe they think we all have deep pockets like them. We might be small potatoes and won’t be missed but we will not be back. My next truck will definitely not be a Ford!! I should have gotten a second opinion also but I thought I was doing the right thing by taking it to the dealer. The leak appears to be anti freeze it’s green but you would have to remove a lot of stuff to find out. Now who would want to do that? Especially For Free! More

Working with the guys at the service desk is great. They're professional, courteous, and fun. I always feel like I'm dealing with a family member. This time was no exception. Called Josh on Saturday, discussed the issues, brought the van in Monday morning, they had it done by lunch on Tuesday. That doesn't happen by chance. These guys are good. Thanks again Josh More
Maintenance which wasn't needed I took my Ford F-350 Diesel 2015 to Interstate Ford to have a oil change, transmission flush and transfer case during the service I got a call from th I took my Ford F-350 Diesel 2015 to Interstate Ford to have a oil change, transmission flush and transfer case during the service I got a call from the service department saying my tie rods, seals on the front end and I had a small leak in the radiator $3,700 on top of the $800 I was already spending. I decided to get a second opinion as my truck only has 90k miles. I took my truck to a Arbor Automotive which I had used in the past for over 10 years but since I moved to Fort Lupton was trying to find a shop closer to me. Arbor Automotive checked out the areas which Interstate Ford had said I needed fixed and informed me the front seals are in good conditions no leaks, the tie rods there was nothing wrong with them and they checked out the primary and secondary radiator and found no leaks. Interstate Ford is a rip off and I am glad my wife convinced me to get a second opinion as I would have wasted $3,700 on a service that I didn't need. Please second guess yourself when going to Interstate Ford for your service and if you do always go get a second opinion. Sounds as if they like to make up repairs to make money. My service contact was Josh Anderson. Also when I showed up nothing was in the printed report of the services needed he actually had to hand write it on and add up the dollar amount which I found odd because other services have always been on the report. More
