Aerien Medina is the best there can be I have a 2011 Super duty diesel truck, I have had nothing but problems with the DEF system, Brighton ford let it sit in parking lot for 6 days before I have a 2011 Super duty diesel truck, I have had nothing but problems with the DEF system, Brighton ford let it sit in parking lot for 6 days before even looking at it, after I scheduled an appt. So this time I called Omera, they could not get it in till after the new year. In desperation I called interstate and spoke to Adrien, he told me he could get it in the next day and let me know what it would take to fix. I got a call at 2:30 the next day telling me it was ready to be picked up at no charge, he said the warranty covered it. It was 2 bad sensors and he did drive it to cycle the exhaust clean. He was very understanding with my very bad attitude. I was in having to drive it to Colo Springs for Christmas, He went above and beyond to make my Christmas very special, and gained my trust back in Ford overall, Guaranteed my truck will never go anywhere else for repair as long as he is there. Thank you Ford and most of all Thank you Adrien. I wish more of the ford dealers had employees with such exceptional customer service skills and understanding issues, as Adrien has. If anyone asks, I would recommend this dealership and Adrien as a 10+ . More

I received an email with a 10% coupon that never was applied even after pointing it out Plus the waiting room is by the parts department, they should watch their conversations and language. More

I was in a recent accident, which unfortunately took off one of my side mirrors & especially being where it snows a lot, to drive the safest, I needed I was in a recent accident, which unfortunately took off one of my side mirrors & especially being where it snows a lot, to drive the safest, I needed this mirror fixed almost immediately so, I first called a maintenance shop in network with my insurance & upon the representative explaining it would take atleast 3 weeks for my new mirror to arrive, I knew I had to look into other options & being that I drive an almost brand new Ford Escape, I figured they’d have to have an extra mirror just hanging around right?? Nope, I was wrong, but...this is where my exceptional customer service experience began...I first spoke with Rob, who not only eased my anxiety of finding a new mirror for me by the next day, but he also helped calm me down & ease my anxiety by ensuring that not only could they get the mirror for me by the next day but he also affirmed the fact that they’d be able to finish & completely fix my mirror the same day it arrived & I’d be back to driving my car within just a little over 24 hours!! But, that was only the start of my exceptional experience at Interstate...I had an appointment at 1:00 Saturday afternoon & restlessly showed up for my appointment about 30 minutes early & was not only greeted, especially politely immediately upon entering by Adrien but he also instantly assured me that Rob had already told him about my mirror & promised me it would be done before I’d even expected...PHEW, talk about a relief!! For the first time in 3 days since my accident I could breathe because I was finally confident that if it did snow then my car would Indy be as safe as it could be to drive in!! You know, and not only did Adrien ease all of my anxiety & have my car fixed in less then an hour of me arriving but he & I just chatted for quite some time about my story of rehabilitation & I truly felt like he cared about my wellbeing, not just my car’s but mine too & I think it takes a rare & special person to do so, without any hesitation at all!! From start to finish, my experience with Interstate Ford was truly truly incredible & I couldn’t recommend it more & am especially grateful to Rob & Adrien for helping me so seamlessly from start to finish!! I hope my car & I don’t have anything go wrong again that would mean cause me to go back for maintenance but if for some reason I must, then I am 100% confident that all of my needs will be met & I will leave feeling absolutely satisfied & truly cared for!! Thank you for having staff like Rob & Adrien on your team...they give a whole new meaning to creating an exceptional customer service experience!! Thank them both for me!! More

Complete service at Interstate Ford I'm probably more critical than most, as I was a service manager for a dealership for 6 years. We have been dealing with Interstate for the past few years from buying used and new vehicles along with all of our service needs. From day one, meeting Jeff DuVall has been an absolute pleasure. Jeff's service center has been second to none in our book. Not only has all of his team been extremely knowledgeable but very courteous in all aspects. We have even learned that this dealership is extremely competitive even for things like accesories. Even competitive with the "exclusive tire shops" in the area. Saved my and my Truck. Went out of their way. I recently purchased a 2016 Ford F150 from another dealership as a used vehicle. The truck came with but one key and remote entry fob; a problem I fa I recently purchased a 2016 Ford F150 from another dealership as a used vehicle. The truck came with but one key and remote entry fob; a problem I failed to appreciate until after I made my truck purchase and tried to have a spare key made. Apparently the keys are quite proprietary with Ford and must be cut and programs ONLY at authorized Ford service. The (Chevy) dealer from whom I purchased the truck couldn't come up with any other solution than send me to Interstate Ford in Dacono. I had shopped around for a spare key at hardwares, auto suppliers and online so I knew that the price for these special keys was high. I started with Jeff in Service. The Service and the Parts dept immediately realized my dilemma and the need for a second key. They found a blank key for me and offered to program it for free. There's a small chip in the mechanical key, and I found that other Ford dealers wanted an extra $75 surcharge to program the key (which itself was $80). Interstate Ford did it as a courtesy for me. They also re-programmed the Keyless Entry pad on the side of the truck door. The dealer from whom I purchased my used F150 also failed to provide the original key codes and could not find them for me. Interstate Ford did me the courtesy of re-programming my Keyless Entry. They did it without asking and without expecting a payment for it. All of this help and work happened on the spot when I walked in. I didn't have to wait in line. They went right to fixing my problem while I was present. When it came to programming my Keyless pad on the truck I found one of their employees, Jackson, already there doing it with his laptop computer in the parking lot. These guys were amazing. I didn't purchase the Ford F150 from them, and they could very easily have blown me off or over-charged my ( per the quotes of other dealers). Interstate Ford, and Jeff the service manager and Jackson their tech (as well as the parts man whose name I do not know).... went above and beyond in helping me resolve what could have been a crippling problem for my new truck.
