Satisfactory - but nothing special I went to the dealer's website and spoke to a rep online via CHAT, asking for assistance scheduling a service appointment. I was given a date and told that I would receive a confirmation. After a few days, and not seeing any confirmation, I called to confirm the appointment, only to find that no actual appointment had been made. So I had to make "another" appointment for the following week. Regarding the actual service, they did a good job. Kudos to the service techs! It would have been nice; however, (when upon getting my vehicle back), if they would have removed the paper service tag card and the paper floor mat protector. A couple of extra seconds/minutes to have my car presented well upon it's return would go a long way. More

Have never had one issue, and always get fast communication. Jeff is my guy, and there's none better! I never give reviews. Just don't think I have time, but in this case, it is deserved.
