Every time we need service Adrien Medina treats us like the bigger fleet companies. We are in and out very fast. Even on big repairs!! Would not go anywhere else for any kind of service. Always explains the problem with the truck, gets us towed if need be and makes sure we have a ride home if needed!!! More

Nevertheless, since I've been getting my vehicle serviced at Interstate Ford (it has been a few years) I have no complaints what-so-ever. The same goes out to the sales team as well. I have had many opportunities to speak with the various sales force members and because of their professional attitudes and the way they make me feel like a valued customer, I will buy my next vehicle from Interstate Ford. In the same time I have worked with the parts department and I have seen a complete turn around in their customer service and parts availability. Having no hidden agendas, I will say that past parts service was something to be desired. However, with the addition of the tall blond gentleman, (unfortunately I do not know his name), I buy my parts from them. Great work people; a great atmosphere and a nice facility. More

I try to remember the names of people and places that don't set well with me and I don't usually return to them. I also try to remember the names of the people at the places I return to so can address them when I see them and give my thanks. As well as Adrian, I want to mention Courtney, for her excellent customer serivice skills. There are two things most important to me when I do business with an establishment, customer service and the actual purpose of my visit. In this case to have our 2011 Ford Escape serviced. I do not know the young man who did the actual service but as far as I can tell he did a fine job. More

Engine cooling fan squeaking on spin down, and tire rotation I was disappointed in Ford's response that it is a known problem but they don't feel it needs to be fixed. F350 First Oil change They did a great job of taking care of my new F350 Had some mixed signals with the sales person who told me to come after the first 1000. miles to g They did a great job of taking care of my new F350 Had some mixed signals with the sales person who told me to come after the first 1000. miles to get the oil changed. The service dept. told me that was not true it didn't need to be changed so to bring it in at 3000 this is what I did then was told I didn't need it till the first 5000. we did it 3000 and will be back in at the 7500 mile mark. Over all great experience they were able to get it in on a Saturday. I dropped it off on Friday night and picked it up around 2 pm Saturday. Happy camper. More

1st oil change on 2017 Ford Escape Service Dept was really friendly and helpful. The waiting area was very nice. Had a great cup of coffee while I was waiting.
