I bought a new truck from Interstate Ford and the new vehicle experience was decent. 2 of the trucks I wanted to look at were being driven by employees so I had to wait for them to get dropped back off a vehicle experience was decent. 2 of the trucks I wanted to look at were being driven by employees so I had to wait for them to get dropped back off at the dealership. The "new" truck buying experience was decent though and that's why they get 2 stars. My issues begin and end with the service department. My truck now has 5000 miles on it and threw a check engine light. I called the dealership and they initially told me it would be 2 weeks before they could even get my truck in to get looked at. I haggled and managed to get it to be looked at in a week. They called me once on Monday morning(around 0900) to let me know that they had the truck and were assessing it. I called them back at 1630 that afternoon to find out what was wrong and I couldn't get anyone from the service department to pick up. I've had this issue in the past with my 2018 but I had hoped they had it figured out(they have not). The phone kept ringing until I got the Interstate operator who then tried to transfer me back to the service department. After the transfer, they didnt pick up again and the operator told me to call back in 30 minutes. I did and again got no answer. They ended up calling me back just before close to let me know they had a diagnosis. They said they would call me back on Wednesday to update me on the status. Today is Wednesday and again I've tried to call them toward the end of the day multiple times and nobody from service picks up. I've had this issue with every vehicle I've had serviced there. I had hoped that their service department had changed since the last vehicle I had there but it seems they've gotten worse. I called my next closest dealerships service department and they answered on the first ring. I'll be taking my truck to them from now on. More

My car has been repaired on behalf of Check Engine Light came on since November 15th, 2021 today on Monday, December 6th, 2021. I feel much better knowingly my car will not break down. My total billed turne came on since November 15th, 2021 today on Monday, December 6th, 2021. I feel much better knowingly my car will not break down. My total billed turned out to be $696.00 for everything including new winshield wipers. I think it is well worth the time and money to have everything done needed securely. The wait in the lobby was 2 and a half hour while my car was being serviced, both labor and parts. My previous dealer review just 2 days ago was incomplete ….i thought it took 90 minutes for an oil change,,,,but after reviewing the invoice realized the service included a complete systems checkup and adju ….i thought it took 90 minutes for an oil change,,,,but after reviewing the invoice realized the service included a complete systems checkup and adjustments where required/needed, to include air in tires, fluid top off, etc. They did a great service and I am appreciative of the above and beyond inspection/service. I had my 2007 Honda Accord serviced at Interstate Ford and was very pleased with their work, timeliness and professionalism. Service Advisor Tim Beal explained the status of my vehicle in detail and even and was very pleased with their work, timeliness and professionalism. The Service Department at Interstate Ford is so good, that I purchased a new 2019 Ford Edge there and have a 2022 Ford Bronco Sport on order, to replace the Honda. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! More
Nick did a great job getting a warranty repair on a tonneau cover that was installed at Woody Sanders Ford in CIncinnati.
