This review could be about the bait and switch on my last new car purchase (ever) from them. It could be about the repair they could never get right after a minor rear end collision. But what really has my shorts in a bunch this morning is a memory on Facebook. A pic of my new Explorer with 20" rims. but let me preface by saying I have been shopping for 18" tires to fit the rims on it. I thought I was crazy and was just getting old when I checked the tire size. I thought it was strange my tires were worn out with 12K miles on them. Well the pics from the past confirm the rims/tires on it now are not the same as when I got it. The only people to work on it has been Interstate Ford for 2 recalls and the collision. Shame on me for not catching it sooner. More
