My 2018 Raptor had a water leak issue, needed regular maintenance, and I wanted them to check on a recall... I went over all of this over the phone when I scheduled... when I arrived at the service cente maintenance, and I wanted them to check on a recall... I went over all of this over the phone when I scheduled... when I arrived at the service center, I just stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. When someone finally did, I had to go fill out some paperwork and give it to him. We finally get to the reason I was there and they had no idea what all I needed done as if the girl I spoke to on the phone had no notes in their system... after we spoke about the water leak, I had to remind them about the oil change and other service. Later when the truck was done, I received a text saying I could pick it up with little explanation on how the water leak was fixed. Same thing when I arrived at the dealer... the guy just read from the invoice... I just feel they could communicate better overall. More

As expected, the maintenance staff was attentive to my needs and conducted themselves in a professional manner.
