Quick Lane Hello, I needed some lights fixed. So I spoke with Nick Nock and he came and got my keys and took care of it. He called and told me that it was going Hello, I needed some lights fixed. I have trouble with the stairs, so he brought me my bill and took my payment and then came back to me and gave me my receipt and keys. Him and Tim Beal always give me the best service, they are pleasant and helpful. Thank you More

They damaged my vehicle and treat people like crap This place does not deserve even 1 star. I took my vehicle here for some repairs back in July 2018. I received a call saying my car was ready and when This place does not deserve even 1 star. I took my vehicle here for some repairs back in July 2018. I received a call saying my car was ready and when I picked it up and got inside my entire steering column was completely torn apart. They (eventually) reassembled the steering column after I complained, but I had to bring it back for that at a later date. My car was a mess with their trash because the workers were too sorry to throw their garbage away, instead they thought my seat and floorboard was their personal trash bin. Since then, I have had nothing but extensive problems regarding the problems they supposedly fixed. They keep wanting to charge me to fix their mistakes even though the parts should be covered under their policy. When talking with the service manager, Ron, he is nothing but extremely rude, condescending, and confrontational. They have damaged more than they have fixed and refuse to do anything about it to make it right. I spoke with Pat, the manager of the place. She wasn't helpful in the least and didn't seem to care how poorly her employees treated my family or how they damaged my vehicle to the point it is undrivable. I will be filing a claim with the better business bureau regarding their faulty practice and lack of customer service. I advise everyone to look elsewhere for the vehicle service needs. This place is a joke, their customer service is nonexistent, and they will ruin your vehicle in an attempt to exploit more money from their customers. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere reputable. These people truly do not care about you, they just want to steal your money, and you won't get what you paid for. More

Per supplies for the recall. Connie was on it when I brought my truck and they ran out of parts. She was calling around to find more parts. They always take care of you and your Vechical baby. More
Horrible Communication Called over the course of several days to try and get my car serviced for a transmission issue and could not get through to anyone. Left my phone numb Called over the course of several days to try and get my car serviced for a transmission issue and could not get through to anyone. Left my phone number in several voicemails, never got a call back. Finally when I'm trying to drive my car and move it closer to home, I had to call for a towing service to pick it up, they took it directly to Interstate Ford. Even after that, never got a call from anyone, not even to acknowledge that my car had been received... Caught a ride to the service center, where I'm told they got my voicemails, however never noted down my number from any of my voicemails I left. I'm finally told however that my car is being serviced, and that I'm to pay for the towing services, which I'm not fine with due to the inconvenience and stress caused by the lack of communication. Ron Spitz, the Service Manager, wasn't too much help on the communication part. Might be able to work with me on part of my battery cost, which wasn't covered by warranty. Overall I'm upset with how little there seems to be an effort in getting back with their customers and not being able to readily rectify this issue or assure me of a better handle on their service.
