The button on the steering wheel that lets you clear trip odometer, service warnings, etc isn't working. They were going to charge us over $100 just to run a test to find out what was wrong with it. This is their product - you would think they would at least see what is wrong! Then if there would be a price for fixing it that would be fair. But paying to find out what's wrong with it? We will not purchase their vehicles ever again. More

We had taken our 2007 Ford Focus in for an Oil change and new Tires. The next day the front right tire was completely flat. It was towed back to the dealership. The flat tire was replaced. We were told by the Josh in the quick lane that all 4 tires had been inflated to different amounts, none being at the manufactures rated inflation. While following my wife in the Focus home, I noticed smoke coming from under the car. I called my wife and told her. She pulled off the highway on to the street and the smoke got worse. It began filling the inside of the car. Worried the car was on fire she jumped out. We called 911 and the fire department and police arrived. They advised us to stay away from the car in case of fire. After carefully checking the car, they opened the hood. Smoke rolled out from the engine. The fireman found the oil cap laying on top of the engine compartment. The oil had been freely leaking all over the engine. The fireman stated we were lucky that It did not catch fire. We had the car towed back to the dealer. If this was not sufficient trouble, we were poorly treated by the service manager and general manager. When we went back to pick up the car, we were made to feel unimportant. The Service manager, and the General manager both made us feel as though we were making a big deal out of nothing. We will never do any business with Interstate Ford at any capacity. They do not stand behind their service, and no one there cares about customer service or how they treat people. More

Since then, it has been in their servi Absolutely, no service after the sale. Less than a year ago I purchased a 2011 Fiesta from Interstate Ford. Since then, it has been in their service department for multiple issues, the most recent pertaining to the transmission. Like most people, I have a car because I rely on it to get to work. Well, my car has now been in their service department for over a week. They will not tell me when to expect it back, or even whats wrong with it. They refuse to provide any customer service and would not even give me a loner car. Even their customer service manager would not return my phone call. Let me again stress, this car is less than a year old. I would spend my hard earned money at a business that treats you like a person, not a paycheck. My advice, find your dream car at a place who will provide you good service -- even after they've received your money. More
bought a 2002 f150 in april and had to take it back 2 weeks later for a terrible miss and stumble on acceleration, truck was repaired. then about a month and a half later it started making a bad noise in weeks later for a terrible miss and stumble on acceleration, truck was repaired. then about a month and a half later it started making a bad noise in the rear so i called them and took it in for service, they had my truck for a week and told me they did not find the source of the noise, THEY HAD ONLY DRIVEN MY TRUCK ABOUT 10 MILES IN A WHOLE WEEK! i then took it back a week later and drove with a tech and the tech heard the noise. pete told me to drop the truck off at the night drop to be looked at the next day, i didnt hear anything from them the next day so i called them only to find out they didnt have my truck, it was missing from their lot along with my keys. noone there seemed to care at all that my truck was gone and didnt even call the police to report it when they realized it was gone. this place is horrible and i would never do business there again. More
the price on the car was great! but when i had my first problem with the car, they simply said it wasent under warranty, then with out my permission started to mess with the car, thus destroying my cam, l problem with the car, they simply said it wasent under warranty, then with out my permission started to mess with the car, thus destroying my cam, left cyly head, catalytic converter and muffler. their responce, sorry not our fault it broke. cost of head, 900, cost of cat ,1600, cost of muffler 400. needles to say now im running on a broken cyl head, 1 cat and a a broke muffler. my car has has a horrible miss in it now all thanks to ford. then they treated me bad, refused to answer any questions and simply refered me to ford customer relations, ( who then said let me check the status of report, oh dealer says they cant do nothing so sorry we cant help you ) and proceeded to treat me like dirt as well, i forone will never buy another ford again. I purchased a new 2003 Ford Focus in 03 and I started having problems with the car by april 04. After taking the car back to dealership several times there was not a fix for the car. They never offered me a rental to problem shoot instead I was told I needed to wait for a recall. After being upset with Interstate I took the car to Eastgate and they did offer me rental and kept the car over night and still no solution to the problem,but I felt like atleast they triied. I have a ticking bomb car and no one can help me. If I kill someone with this faulty car it will be on Ford not me. Sometimes prob.are beyond the eye,just keep looking. More
