Ryan Eades was a great salesman and very helpful. We love our new Outlander and can't thank him enough for how he handled this experience for us. I just bought my first Outlander and the experiance was just fantastic. Mostly due to our wonderful salesman Anthony Gore. The cars aren't bad but there service stinks! !!! Where do you have to wait 2 hours or longer with an appointment for an oil change? Here at Mitsubishi! Today here for insection and it was suppose !!! Where do you have to wait 2 hours or longer with an appointment for an oil change? Here at Mitsubishi! Today here for insection and it was supposed to be an hour and a half until I said I needed tires, with all these lifts and equipment it's going to be an hour longer! I had all 4 snow tires put on my other car in a half an hour but that certainly wasn't done here(obviously)! 2 and a half hours later still sitting here waiting, I am not impressed!!!! Unless you can go without your vehicle for a whole day, I don't recommend coming here!!!!!!!!! This I might add has been an every time occurrence, not just once or twice, for 4 years almost 5. I am done with this place atleast the people were nice but today everyone but the girl in the back, Kayla who has no business being in any customer service job. Where is Heather the one who used to work here? More
