I leased a Pathfinder in 2007 and was due to trade the vehicle. Kris contacted me timely and offered his assistance when/if I was ready. He was not pushy and was "extremely" patient with me. In the end, with less than a week before my lease was up, I decided to trade my 2007 Pathfinder for a 2010 Pathfinder; with, an upgrade. Kris was able to locate the vehicle I wanted,in a short period of time, and came up with a price I could live with. In addition, I left the dealership without an inspection sticker. When I contacted Kris, he suggested I get the vehicle inspected in my area (I live 2 hrs away from Erie) and, upon receipt of the the cost, Porreco would issue me a check. I had the vehicle inspected, faxed the verification to Kris and received a check in just a couple of days. I consider that GREAT service.
