We actually had just begun looking for a truck and stopped in to check out what trucks were available. The truck we wanted to test drive was there, even in the color we wanted. Very friendly personnel & atmosphere, no pressure, willing to deal, just the car style we were looking for, lots of added services to new car buyers, a 2011 car, & after purchase a complete tour & introduction of all personnel & the facility. We really never had such a pleasant car buying experience. Already we have shared our experience with friends who most likely will stop in to see this dealership in the future. One thing is for sure. Kriss was a great help to us. He answered questions even before we had to ask them.He also new about all the features, and how they worked with the Armada. He is very knowledegable and professional and I absolutely love the vehicle. If anyone has any doubts about buying a Nissan, (I come from a long line of Toyota's and Honda's - and they are also great vehicles -) don't!!! You will love it, it rides smooth, no shifting, and feels so luxurious. More

I leased a Pathfinder in 2007 and was due to trade the vehicle. Kris contacted me timely and offered his assistance when/if I was ready. He was not pushy and was "extremely" patient with me. First I told him I was getting another Pathfinder, then I wasn't, etc. I put him off on several occasions. In the end, with less than a week before my lease was up, I decided to trade my 2007 Pathfinder for a 2010 Pathfinder; with, an upgrade. Kris was able to locate the vehicle I wanted,in a short period of time, and came up with a price I could live with. In addition, I left the dealership without an inspection sticker. When I contacted Kris, he suggested I get the vehicle inspected in my area (I live 2 hrs away from Erie) and, upon receipt of the the cost, Porreco would issue me a check. I had the vehicle inspected, faxed the verification to Kris and received a check in just a couple of days. I consider that GREAT service.
