My experience with Interstate Toyota was very disappointing. For several months, I worked closely with a salesman after stopping by to inquire about a Toyota Tundra. He explained the truck was in disappointing. For several months, I worked closely with a salesman after stopping by to inquire about a Toyota Tundra. He explained the truck was in the delivery process, and I confirmed that I wanted to move forward with purchasing it. He assured me he would keep me updated, and we stayed in regular communication until the vehicle arrived. When the truck finally reached the lot, he contacted me right away and asked when I could come in. I told him I would be there the next day. A few hours later, however, he called back to inform me that the vehicle was no longer available. At no point during this entire process was I asked to leave a deposit, which I absolutely would have done if given the opportunity. This lack of follow-through not only cost me the Tundra I had been waiting on for months, but it also caused me to miss out on the low-interest financing offered on the 2025 models, which is no longer available on the 2026. Overall, I feel this situation was handled very unprofessionally. After investing months of communication and trust in this dealership, I was left empty-handed and frustrated. I cannot recommend Interstate Toyota based on my experience. More
