Interstate Toyota in Airmont, NY won't refund overcharges!!! I purchased my vehicle on 11/26/16 and am still waiting for my refund of the overcharge on my title fees. I traveled from Pennsylvania and my state MV I purchased my vehicle on 11/26/16 and am still waiting for my refund of the overcharge on my title fees. I traveled from Pennsylvania and my state MVA fees were $116 and Interstate Toyota in Monsey, NY estimated my fees to be $350 and keep promising to refund me the $234 difference since it's illegal in New York to keep any overages on these fees. Toyota.com now has an open case on this dealership and the New York State Attorney General's office advised me to fill out a Complaint Form as they agreed waiting almost 4 months now is unreasonable. Today is 3/17/17 and still no refund by Interstate Toyota. I feel like I'm dealing with a little shady car lot on the side of the road rather than a Toyota dealership. More

We thought she was a customer waiting for a salesperson, but she was super nice and showed us the Highlander and Rav4. Unfortunately neither was good for us but she was very nice about it. Had either been good for us, we would have tried to make a deal on the spot with her. If Interstate had more people like Melissa their reputation would surely improve. I believe most of the very positive reviews of Interstate were written by employees. More
