Personal and professional Was very impressed with the Toyota dealership, We had gone to Rockland toyota first and was referred to the owner by a friend, owner never came out, a Was very impressed with the Toyota dealership, We had gone to Rockland toyota first and was referred to the owner by a friend, owner never came out, and they gave us a salesperson who only started two weeks ago. Interstate Toyota we were able to meet the owner and they were right there on the middle of the sales floor which I thought was a nice touch. I will be recommending all my friends and family if they are in need of a car and are looking at Toyota as one of their choices. More

One of the reasons it has probably lasted this long is the great service that it receives at Interstate. I went in to change my tires over from winter to summer and Ricky noticed that my radiator was leaking. He didn't want me to leave with the car because if it actually overheated it would be a way worse situation. He got me a rental and told me that the radiator would be there in a few days. Unfortunately, it was back ordered and would not be there for several days. Interstate called me to tell me this and to keep the car until mine was ready. They even switched my rental car when I told them I did not like the minivan and would rather drive a smaller car. Ricky called me a few days later and I picked up my Rav. I have always received great service and Ricky is both knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend this dealership. More
I am very disgusted with this dealership. I have spent a lot money. I having been putting into my 2009 corolla and then your mechanic backed it out of the bay and slammed into another car. I had to pay the bill for that car repairs then got ripped off buying another car. I didn't have time to think before they had me buying another car. I only had a choice of red or black and thrown into another huge car payment. They said they were doing me a favor just a major screw job. I don't want that mechanic to ever touch my car again.He lied and said I had no brakes then changed his story and said his foot hit the gas instead of the brake. He was in a hurry because it was the last hour before they went home. I talked to the mechanics I work with and they said he should be fired and there was no reason for that if it was fixed right. I have lost faith with this dealership. I don't trusted your dealership,too many things I saw that went down. Its been a week but still very upset with this dealership. Your guys should learn to respect the cars so your customers don't have to pay for their mistakes. He should pay for the repairs he messed up the car . It was in good shape when I left it there. Let's face it he could of hit and killed someone because he was in a hurry. More

Went to dealer on two separate occasions to buy a new 2014 Sienna XLE. Both times when the receptionist finally got back to her desk she told us there would be a wait. We said we already had driven the 2014 Sienna XLE. Both times when the receptionist finally got back to her desk she told us there would be a wait. We said we already had driven the Sienna and just wanted to make a deal. We said we'd wait 15 minutes, then leave. Within 15 minutes a manager (?) came over and was very nice but said they were understaffed (both times!!) and they would help us when they could. We waited, then left and made a deal over the border in Ramsey NJ. I read about Interstate's bad repair service but thought we could still buy a new car from them and have it serviced when needed elsewhere. They do not even care enough to help the customer quickly when the customer comes in and is ready to make a deal. Go elsewhere! More
after being deceived by the financial manager who misinformed me about the price of an extended warranty, I called there about an hour later when I noticed. I was told he would call me back but when he did not I called there again because I knew the dealership would be closing soon. He told me that in order to change it I would have to come down and sign new paperwork and that they would be closing in a few minutes and were closed on Sunday. I told him I would be in Tuesday to sign new forms, which I did. After that form was not submitted to the proper place I filed a complaint with Toyota customer service. The dealership told me they would handle it and after several more complaints I went down and filled out another set of forms. The financial manager told me if I gave him my check for my first payment he would overnight it and get it taken care of. One week later my loan has not been fixed and my payment is now late because my check was apparently never mailed. I will never buy or recommend a Toyota to anyone I know after the experience with Interstate Toyota of Airmont, NY. The only reason I did not check "very bad" was because the sales person I dealt with was very helpful and I do not have a bad word to say about him. More
