Bad negligent service. the service guy lost my paperwork, didnt know whether my car service was complete, led to an extra hour of wait. Overall bad experience not going there again. Having issues with navigator. Called made an appointment to get it updated. Brought the car in, was first told the man who was trained was in school, than it would take 2 hours to do the update. I was welcomed by Melissa (Who was very good). After I put my offer on the table for a used car Mr. Alex who is supposedly the final decision maker started yelling about my offer. If it was low e could have plainly said it is low and he cant do it. Instead he choose to yell at me and started saying that I offend him by giving that offer. I showed him a better car priced lower than his car, this is when he started saying that I will buy that car from the other dealership and sell it expensive. Good Job Interstate Toyota ! You guys are the worst dealership ever. I would not recommend anyone to buy from these guys. STAY AWAY.... OVER PRICED and CRAP SERVICE More
Not a happy camper! This was the first dealer I visited when it came time to buy/lease a new Camry. Main reason being the convenience of the location. A salesman (whose name I forget unfortunately) approa when it came time to buy/lease a new Camry. Main reason being the convenience of the location. A salesman (whose name I forget unfortunately) approached us and offered a test drive. We did the drive and came back to negotiate (or so I thought). I had with me multiple ads and information from Kelly BB/Edmunds, etc. on the pricing. The salesman wanted no part of that. He gave me a price, I could take it or leave it. He did not even attempt any negotiations whatsoever. After I questioned him on why he was so stonewalled, he became visibly upset and said we can leave if we don't like the price. So we did! We ended up at Prestige Toyota in Ramsey, where they were happy to negotiate More
This dealer is worst I have ever visited. Sales person say one price, when you go to finance person gives you the price will be totally different, they will ask you sign without even tell you the price. Great improvement over last visit. I was greeted by a women who check me in. I needed the upgrade to 2.2.0 for my navigator. Took 45 minutes to understand the problem and find the thumb drive.
