We have been doing business with Interstate Toyota for many years with various sales associates. However, working with Mr. Azfar Hameed, who is a very dedicated sales associate for Toyota Interstate, exc many years with various sales associates. However, working with Mr. Azfar Hameed, who is a very dedicated sales associate for Toyota Interstate, exceeded all our past sales associates. Mr. Hameed is very knowledgeable with Toyota products, especially with the cars we were leasing. His professionalism and extremely patient and helpfulness in responding to all our questions is a plus when dealing with sales associates in general. The overall atmosphere at the recently gleaming updated showroom is very relaxing and the staff is most helpful especially Glen Reggio, in Finance, who eased us through the financial end of our transactions, We would highly recommend Interstate Toyota to our friends and family. A long time ago, I once filled out a form online to view a price on a vehicle, which was SO OVERPRICED, I had no interest. I didn't even call them or go for a test drive and ever since they don't stop calling me. They call about once a week, and leave a voicemail. To date I have counted NEARLY 30 VOICEMAILS, that's way too much! It's always Cynthia or Sherley. And they want to know "if I still have interest in a new or used vehicle..." JEEZ! NO! I have no interest! Obviously I don't, cuz it's literally been many months and I have not expressed any interest at all, obviously I bought a car elsewhere. Or maybe I didn't. What's the difference?! There is none. If a customer is not interested, obviously the customer is not interested, the reason does not matter. I'll never buy a car from them. Just wish they'd stop HARASSING me already. Bottom line, sales tactic or not, they're jerks for operating like this, and its an awful way to win a customer. (Oh, p.s. they're also WAY OVERPRICED, the real reason I didn't go there in the first place. You'll find plenty of better deals elsewhere, so don't waste your time.) More

Not only Zero service at Interstate Toyota Scion service department but negative service. Made appointment for routine maintenance. Was told car would be with service department for 1 1/2 hours. 3 hours lat department but negative service. Made appointment for routine maintenance. Was told car would be with service department for 1 1/2 hours. 3 hours later I texted to ask when car would be ready. No reply. At 4 hours in, I called and was told would get a call back with info shortly. Nothing. At 5 hours in, called Service manager. He had a major attitude, was rude and found nothing wrong with a car that was to be ready at 1 1/2 hours still not ready at 5 hours. Finally at 6 hours, I got my car back. however without the maintenance entered into the car's program, so had to find someone to do that (Orlando, who corrected that, was the only one who was helpful). The final insult to injury, was that before I had scheduled, I had asked the price of the oil change. When I got the bill, the price of the oil change was approximately 40% higher. Interstate's reply on that was the employee who quoted made a mistake. Her mistake and I paid. And in line with No-Service Interstate Toyota's attitude,, no apology was offered for 1 1/2 hours of routine maintenance becoming 6 hours, nor for the unreturned call/text re status of car. More
I am beyond upset with this dealer ship and i no longer plan on going back. Horrible time management. My car sat there for 3 hours untouched when i scheduled my appointment.
