The service advisor and service manager were rude and not helpful. If you voice your concerns and what you “expected” and you are matched with sarcasm and disregard. Dropped my 2021 Ford Bronco Sport (21K miles on it) off to have the following completed: oil change, recall and warranty completed. Indicated what I wanted via text and in the envelope with my keys because to have the following completed: oil change, recall and warranty completed. Indicated what I wanted via text and in the envelope with my keys because I dropped off early am and left keys in the drop box. Keep in mind I’ve had my 2021 Bronco Sport in other times for the same non stop squeaky breaks when turning and still not fixed. This has been an issue since the day it was purchased. Was surprised to get an invoice for over $176 for an OIL CHANGE! I would think the max cost for an oil change would be around $50. Instead tires were rotated among other things because they had to be removed to complete the warranty work - why am I paying for that when it’s under warranty. The squeak is still not fixed and by the odometer readings doesn’t appear anyone even took it for a drive to listen. Service dept says my husband authorized it - my husband says otherwise as he had called IG FORD for me because I got a text that I needed new tires on a 2021 Bronco Sport with 21k miles!!!! I am extremely disappointed in Inver Grove Ford and the charges along with being disappointed in the performance of my Bronco Sport. I have been a life long Ford owner and I will never buy another Ford again after not getting the original break issue fixed and unexpected charges at IGF. My less than 2 year old Bronco sounds like a 1985 squeaky piece of junk and has since the day I bought it. More
2017 F150 with 58,000 miles has vibration at highway speeds. Another ford dealer installed the tires and when vibration brought to the other dealers attention, they told me it is normal. Inver grove ford diagnosed it and said it is the tires/wheels but did the road force balance and said it is much better. When I picked truck up it was doing the same thing and brought back to Inver grove ford. They say they are confident it is a tire issue and go back to another ford dealer and have them diagnose it at another fee. The ford dealers need to work together so the end user being the customer has a good product and not be pushed back and forth between dealerships. Not happy with Ford service at this time and will be looking at other trucks in the near future and it will likely not be a Ford product if this is the best they can do. Very dissatisfied. More

Alex, my service advisor, was very attentive to the needs of the truck. He and the technician explained in detail the extra service needed and showed me the issues. The service department was less than honest with me, they didn't keep promises, and then bribed me to give them a good review which I refused to do.
