Recently bought a 2023 Honda Passport from this dealer and was very happy with the overall experience. We did our research and decided to team up with sales person Rory Shaffer. Brilliant decision. Easy to get along with, likes a laugh or two and genuinely wants to help. Best of all, he's not pushy or pressuring in any way. We drove 3 different vehicles before deciding which one we wanted to buy. Rory was patient, helpful and I can honestly say, we could have decided against buying something that day and it would not have been awkward or weird. You know how some sales people are. Rory's the opposite. We felt very comfortable dealing with him the entire time we were at the dealership. Which was a while, trust me! Next up we had the finance guy, Gardner. What a super smart guy he is. Knows his cars, totally customer focused and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I should add the vehicle be bought did have a dent in the door sill on the passenger side. Of the three Passports we drove, we liked that one but were put off by the dent. Rory said they'd take care of it and they did. By the time we collected the vehicle a few days later, it was like the dent was never there. I share this detail because we'd never been to this dealership before so it wasn't like we were getting long time customer preferential treatment. They saw an opportunity to make a sale if they corrected a blemish on the vehicle, so did it without question. Brilliant! Buying a used vehicle can be stressful. The vehicle is never going to be in pristine perfect condition, but at the same time you hope there's nothing wrong with it which you only find out about later. Our experience at Inver Grove Honda was great. Not stressful, just fair straight forward and honest. They made some money, we got the car we wanted for a decent price. Everyone's happy. This dealer is not that close to home, but we're considering going there for servicing anyway. We'll see how that goes. As for purchasing the vehicle, things worked out great thanks to Rory and Gardner. I hope your experience of this dealership goes as well as ours did. More

This was the second dealership I visited in my quest to buy a CRV or HRV. The dealer closer to home offered a test drive of about 3 miles with a CRV, with the salesperson along, and I waited about half a buy a CRV or HRV. I was very happy when Rory at Inver Grove Honda offered that I take the car out for an hour in order to get a better feel for how it drove. I wasn't really planning to pull the trigger that day, but did and I have no regrets. Rory was helpful, knowledgeable, and not too pushy. I like this dealership! More

I disliked the experience, it felt rushed pressured, not personal, and I even feel gaslit. I bought a car and it drove fine on test drive on the freeway. Smooth roads. Then within 20 miles of owning it is bounces and sways all over. I was able to bring it back in for the dealer to go for a ride, apparently that is how they drive. I have drove a lot of cars and have never had my hands shake when going over bumps (not holes). My kid in the backseat looks like she is on a boat. I have been feeling sick about the purchase, and I am now stuck with a bouncy swaying car. I can't even afford to bring it for a second opinion. After I bought a vehicle it came with one key Fob. I asked for them to pay for a second key fob and they said NO. We are sorry :( Bought the vehicle in Sept. and they had car on the lot since April I asked for them to pay for a second key fob and they said NO. I said they should pay for 5 months of tabs. They said No. Very UNSAT. They wouldn't even drop a used car price by a penny. Asked about trade in and the offer was awful even though they want used vehicles. My trade in Values was around 9k and they were giving me 4 k. Again, no key fob and 5 months of tabs and they do that to people with trade in. Beware! More

I have been a customer of this dealership since it first opened. It went there this Saturday for a simple oil change 08-10-2024. My son needed to take the Pilot back to college. After waiting two hours I walked outside and stuck my head in the service area to see if my vehicle was being worked on. I noticed only two techs working. After hour three I did the same thing and noticed my car still sitting there. I asked for my keys back and drove away. Not one time in three hours did I get any correspondence. This service department is definitely not what It was in the past. I recently purchased a Subaru and there you can drive in without an appointment and they will have you done within a hours time. If you are into higher prices and long waiting times Inver Grove Honda service department is for you. As for me, I will never go back. More

The Sales person Jason was the best person I have dealt with at a dealership in a very long time, plus he let me drive the vehicle without him. Inver grove was a no nonsense dealer that exceeded my hopes on what our interaction would be. They had the model and trim I wanted and where very easy to work with in particular JasonPaciorek but the wh hopes on what our interaction would be.
