Good work The service technician was very thorough. He had the rear brake pads that were replaced on my last visit re-done for free. My only negative was the length of time that I was there - almost 2 1/2 hours. I was originally told the service would take one hour. Because I did not anticipate a long service, I remained at the dealer without a ride home and had to wait that long. But I appreciate the extra work at no cost. More

Great salesman I have been looking for a good used car for a few months so I have been to more than a few dealerships. I found a 2013 dodge durango online at inver g I have been looking for a good used car for a few months so I have been to more than a few dealerships. I found a 2013 dodge durango online at inver grove honda I was interested in. I stoped in one day since I was working close. I found the car on the lot and it was very nice as advertised. I have been to other dealerships were they advertise the cars as in good shape and when you get there they are definitely not. I then proceeded to go to find a salesperson to get a better look at the car and go for a test ride. I meet Brian Mickolichek one of inver grove Honda's sales associate's. He was great to deal with. He was very friendly and accommodating. I end up taking the car for a test drive that day and returning the next day with my wife and three small children to take a second test drive. Taking a test drive with three small children can sometimes be a difficult task but Brian made the process very easy. He had the car running washed and ready for us to go. In the end we did not end up purchasing the vehicle but Brian and Inver Grove Honda service made a big enough impression that I felt I needed to leave A+ review in case there is someone else out there looking for a good salesperson at a good dealership More

Katie got me a rental for the day so that the more extensive repairs could be done, and made sure to call and let me know the status of my vehicle later on. When I came to pick up the car, the woman who checked me out asked if I had any coupons, and when I said no, she grabbed one out of her own purse for me to use. Cannot say enough good things about the staff at Inver Grove Honda. More

Fast and friendly I arrived for my appt. and was promptly greeted by Chris, who said I'd have about an hour to an hour and 15 minute wait.
