Something leaking - maybe oil? I noticed, this past weekend, that there was something that looked like oil leaking from my Honda CRV (I had recently had an oil change, but these loo I noticed, this past weekend, that there was something that looked like oil leaking from my Honda CRV (I had recently had an oil change, but these looked like more than an oil drop here or there). I called service first thing this morning (Monday) and spoke with Chris. He said there were no openings until the next day. I voiced my concerns about driving the vehicle too far (I have a round trip commute to/from work of about 70 miles), he told me to bring the vehicle in and they would take a quick look. The problem was found, fixed, and I was on my way within the hour. Chris made me feel that my concerns were valid and didn't try to minimize those concerns. I have not had any issues with the servicing of my Honda Civics. My recent involvement in purchasing a used 2011 CRV from IGHH was very nice. IGHH provided Carfax upon request and they had inspected and updated all servicing for the vehicle BEFORE offering it for sale. Our sales person was great. He answered all our questions, no surprises and total honesty. We were able to complete the purchase in just a few hours, including pricing agreement. Great service! Made an appointment to have an airbag error code deciphered. Matt suggested the oil change and tire rotation also be completed while the car was with the mechanic. I was hesitant as my husband changes the oil because he likes to use a certain quality oil. I had Matt chat with my husband over the phone and Matt assured my husband of the oil quality used. I left my car overnight and was supplied a nice (Accord) loaner car at no charge. I had a coupon and the final price of the oil change and tire rotation (the work performed for the airbag error code was free as it was under warranty) was quite reasonable. Whole experience was very professional and so easy thanks to Matt and the mechanic(s), receptionist, car-parker and service entrance greeter! More
