I was thinking that maybe a Coolant change would be needed now, but she told me the next time would be the best time for it. My mileage was still under 70k, I appreciated this from her very much, I did get the Recall done, and Oil/Tire rotation also. I also learned the Battery would not hold a Charge, she asked if I would like a new battery install, which I did, seeing Winter is upon us. So, Katie was wonderful to work with, I have had her a few times now, and I think she is very Good at her position, I like someone who is upfront about the service, I hope I can see her the next time I stop in. thx, again J.
