No badgering to buy aftermarket undercoating or treatments after we said no the first time. Jeremy ? the finance guy made it easy to understand why the total price was what it was. There was a minor issue with a paint chip needing to be fixed, which took longer than expected. But the final result is immaculate. Everybody we dealt with (two sales associates, two sales managers, finance, and the person who offered the aftermarket treatments) was both friendly and straightforward. We never felt like we weren't being told the whole story. Happy with the experience, and happy with the car. More
