Outstanding Customer Service from Honda Inver Grove I took my 2008 Honda Accord EXL to Honda Inver Grove for a diagnostic check to see why the "Engine Light and VSA Light" came on. They found that the P I took my 2008 Honda Accord EXL to Honda Inver Grove for a diagnostic check to see why the "Engine Light and VSA Light" came on. They found that the PGM-FI software was outdated and that the factory warranty extension to fix this "software" issue has expired. They performed bulletin 13-078 to fix the issue and out of good will, they waived the potential out of pocket cost, even after the extended warranty expired. The customer service I received from Matt Neumann was very professional with a friendly attitude. He was willing to listen to my concern and went out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction. This type of customer service and quality of work you will get nowhere except at Honda Inver Grove. These guys "ROCKS". Thanks Matt More

If ANYTHING is wrong, IGH Honda will make it right I have always been satisfied with the service at IGH Honda, especially when Jim W. was my service writer. Now that he is asst. service manager, he is still around, but I haven't found a service writer that I trust enough to call my own. There are ltitle details that Jim never missed that show up.
