He was more interested in the fact that I understood each aspect of the Honda CRV that I eventually leased. I actually did not think I would seal the deal that day; but he made everything quite attractive to me. The financing went smoothly as well with Scott Habiger and the explanation from Joeth Engels was courteous and clear. There was one "hitch." When Steven was driving the car to be detailed, a "twenty-something" young man who was texting hit the rear end of my new car. He called Jeff Groby, his manager, to start the paperwork on another car so I would not have to wait so long. Luckily, Steven did not seem to be hurt.
