Had planed on having tires replaced but when it was learned there were further issues with the engine (too expensive to repair as the car is 14 years old...), called to ask if I still wanted to replace tires? Decided not to since it is unclear how long transmission will last. Other service centers, dealer or otherwise could have easily put tires on and not said anything, but these guys didn't. They have earned my trust. Not an easy task in the care repair service industry. More
