The phantom noise in my car Driving into the service department, I was concerned about the noise I heard coming from the front of my car. The technician was outstanding through his questions and quickly had a loaner car for me to use. When he called and could not recreate the sound, he said he'd like to keep it over night and keep trying to hear the sound. The next morning, I took the car for a drive and couldn't hear the sound anymore, either. The technician was so kind and I never felt that I was wasting his time. It was definitely the most outstanding service I have ever received. Since 2009, we have purchased our Honda's from IGH and have always been thrilled with their customer service, expertise, and support for our questions. More
