Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were able to fit me into the schedule, even though I had a last minute request. I stopped in without an appointment for a long overdue oil change on what was clearly a very busy day for the Service Dept and your Cynthia was incredibly supportive and kind. In my time of need, the dealership came through in the clutch. Brakes went out...caliper was shredded. Drove in and got it all fixed in 2 hours. Outstanding!!!
