There were a few small issues the dealer agreed to fix / address, and Cory made sure they were completed on time and to my satisfaction. The paperwork process was equally pleasant as Jeremy articulated the various sections of the loan and insurance agreements. He even showed me the approval letter from the bank sowing me the rate offered - no rate up charge. Jeremy is fantastic with zero pressure. Straight forward and honest. A+ When taking delivery a few days later I had an issue with the functionality of the 4wd system. Cory and the sales manager Greg drive the car and verified everything was good. They assured me they would handle anything that was not to my liking. On top of everything else, the gas tank was full. This is a literal clinic for shady dealers in terms of how to sell a car, and more importantly how to treat customers. I highly recommend these guys and am now a customer for life. More
