Our salesman,John McCorkel was very helpful on the day we decided to purchase a vehcile. It was a gray snowy morning on a Saturday when we decided to check out vehciles. We had told him what we were looking for and he told us he had a Honda Element that sounded like it would be a good choice for us. So we test drove it and he showed us how the seat removed or could be "hung" on the side to have lots of cargo space. My husband & I are avid bicyclist and haul our gear and bikes and wanted something easy to keep clean. And the idea of no carpeting was appealing to us. Easy to clean after a bike ride and can even store our bikes inside the vehicle if needed. Which we usually use a bike hitch but it is nice to have another option. John told us everything we needed to know about the Element. Such a great choice for us. And he went out of his way to make sure we got a fair price for our trade in. The manager of the dealership was very willing to make the deal work for us. We had thought we wouldn't be able to get the payment where we wanted without buying a Used vehcile but we came out with the 2010 Element and a payment that was where we wanted. WOW! John and the staff at Inver Grove are awesome! We had researched the CR-V for a while and finally decided that we wanted to purchase one. We went to another dealer, but that dealer did not have the model researched the CR-V for a while and finally decided that we wanted to purchase one. The saleman tried to get us to purchase a different model or put a deposit on the model we wanted that was coming in "some time soon," but he had no idea when. We called Inver Grove Honda, spoke to John, told him we wanted, he had one, so we drove there. When we arrived, he greeted us very warmly, had the vehicle ready to take for a test drive and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He made the process flow quite smoothly and kept us entertained while we waited for the finance manager. We got the car we wanted at a comparable price to other dealers. We have since had two follow up phone calls and an email thanking us for the purchase. Inver Grove Honda has gained a new customer for life and we will be having all of our service done there as well, instead of the Honda dealership that is closer to us. Thank you, John! More

Originally came into the dealership on a Friday afternoon six minutes after close. The receptionist greeted us and told us that they were closing, but said it was fine for us to look around and grabbed John six minutes after close. He entertained the questions my Dad and I had about a new Honda fit, staying after the doors were locked for at least twenty minutes while all the other dealers were trying to rush out for their weekend plans. I was really impressed by his genuine desire not to just make another sale, but to help me pick out my first car after graduating from college. I did not return until the following Monday, but when I did I made sure to ask specifically for John. He worked closely with my Dad and I to assist with the purchase, and proved to be very knowledgeable about the vehicle. It was a great experience at Inver Grove Honda and made the potentially daunting task of purchasing a new car genuinely entertaining. You gained a new lifelong customer!
