On my way to work this morning I have a flat tire,and took my car to discount tire because it was the closest shop ,and they told me the tire could not be repair,that I need to buy a new tire,so I did .a took my car to discount tire because it was the closest shop ,and they told me the tire could not be repair,that I need to buy a new tire,so I did .and after work I came to Inver grove Honda service dept. ,because this is the dealer ,I bought the car and I get the maintenance service,,And I always get the best service,, And I explained to Kirsten Nelson,the Manager,what had happened ,and she help me get the flat tire fix(it was repairable)and by doing that,I was able to return the new tire,(that I didn't real it need it)and get a refund from the Discount tire store,she even give me a statement that said,the tire was repairable, and that help me get the refund.
