Buyer Beware This was by far the worst experience we have had at a Honda dealership! Dan (our salesperson) tried the bait and switch. He gave us a quote, but when This was by far the worst experience we have had at a Honda dealership! Dan (our salesperson) tried the bait and switch. He gave us a quote, but when we questioned the monthly payment amount, he said our loan calculator was not accurate. After looking at the numbers with the finance guy, we realized Dan had added additional $1000 to the amount to be financed. The purchase price he gave us did not match the purchase price he gave the finance guy to calculate the monthly payments. He was very rude and continued to tell us we were wrong. In the end he tried to trick us by adding $1000 to the financing. Please be prepared and calculate your own monthly payments so you have an idea after they show you the numbers. I have a feeling they try this technique often. More

Above and beyond!! I was having some noise from my tires and taking a chance, stopped in to Inver Grove Honda's service department. I bought my car from them, and alway I was having some noise from my tires and taking a chance, stopped in to Inver Grove Honda's service department. I bought my car from them, and always have it serviced there. This time, I didn't have an appointment and just took a chance. Derrin looked at my car and discovered I had a huge amount of tar on my tire. He removed all of the tar by hand, and made sure none of my other tires were in the same condition. He spent time making sure it was all cleaned up and explained that if the wasn't removed, I'd have future problems with balancing the tires etc. He really went above and beyond and I just wanted to make sure other folks knew what a great service department Honda has. More
