Excellent - from start to finish So, my wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle. I contacted the Honda dealership closest to me (Luther Brookdale Honda) and gave them the Mak So, my wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle. I contacted the Honda dealership closest to me (Luther Brookdale Honda) and gave them the Make, Model, Type, Color, Accessories, Etc. list that I wanted. I was told by the salesman, that he would get back to me. Two DAYS later, I called him back to see if there was any progress and he told me he can't get some of the options that I wanted and needed to run the others past a sales manager. On the fifth day, he text me and said he had some numbers to run by me. Five days. I did not respond to his text. Nor did I call. I instead found another dealership, and although it was on the other side of the planet from me, I called there and spoke with Deano. I gave him the exact same list I had given the other salesman, but Deano called me back within two hours or so to tell me of an assortment of vehicles that might work for me. I went a couple of days later and met with Deano and found that he had pulled up a vehicle that I might like to the door right outside his desk area. I did not have to walk across a large car lot to find the vehicle, it was there, waiting. I don't mention this because I hate to walk, I mention this because that was just part of his effort to make the experience easy and enjoyable for me. I test drove it and found it was exactly what I wanted. I met with Joeth, the aftermarket accessories person, and I picked some options to put on it that were easy to select and install at the shop - even when the Honda accessories book/website said that it was not available for my model. I met with Jeremy, the finance guy, and even though I had been pre-qualified for a loan, he found a better rate for me. The car was detailed, topped with fuel and the electronics, etc. functions were explained to me before I drove away in the car. I will absolutely return to this dealership in the future. It wasn't just one person that provided an excellent experience, it was everyone I came in contact with. Nice job to all and thank you. More

Pricing was very competitive and had a little room for negotiation. We never felt any sales pressure but we felt they wanted to earn our business by any mean. They also offered us lunch since we were waiting for car inspection to be completed. They went through all details and made sure we satisfiy. I can’t say enough for their great customer service. Found just what I was looking for I arrived on a rainy Saturday morning and was immediately greeted and introduced to Evelyn. No problem, we switched to the CRV and Evelyn was able to locate a used model with the exact trim package I was looking for. I hadn’t really made up my mind to buy when I left the house that morning. I was just trying to decide on a make and model. I test drove a Chevy, Kia, and a Toyota before ending up at Inver Grove Honda. I’m glad I did. I love my CRV. More
