Sure enough, it was not latched. Rather the safety latch held it otherwise I would be in for a new hood and windshield. Make no mistake, I left my car there all day for service, so time was not the issue. The service tech did not close it properly. I was not happy at all about this. And they will hear about it next time. More

If they determine there is a problem or some maintence service that is due beyond what I have requested they always clearly explain what needs to be done. Once the work is finished they always explain what was done and fully explain all the charges. Once the service is completed they always run my car thru the car wash which is always appreciated. My Honda Accord is an older car, but has been very dependable and runs great and I want to keep it this way as long as possible so I greatly appreciate the service I receive at Inver Grove Honda.
