Excellent, honest service We bought a used 2008 Civic about a year ago and have taken it here a few times for service-- once for routine maintenance, another time to fix the A/ We bought a used 2008 Civic about a year ago and have taken it here a few times for service-- once for routine maintenance, another time to fix the A/C compressor and most recently for an issue with the transmission. They have been straightforward with what needs to be fixed, how much it will cost, and what can wait. I really appreciate the fact that they were able to squeeze us in at 7:30 in the evening on a rainy night when the transmission light came on during the commute home from work. I've always been wary of taking a car to a dealership's garage for fear of getting overcharged or getting unneeded work done (I am mechanically illiterate and trust the mechanic's opinion), but I've never had an issue with Inver Grove Honda. I'll keep taking this car there until the wheels fall off-- and then I'll probably just replace the wheels and keep driving it. ;-) More
