I have been a customer of this dealership since it first opened. It went there this Saturday for a simple oil change 08-10-2024. My son needed to take the Pilot back to college. After waiting two hours I wa opened. It went there this Saturday for a simple oil change 08-10-2024. My son needed to take the Pilot back to college. After waiting two hours I walked outside and stuck my head in the service area to see if my vehicle was being worked on. I noticed only two techs working. After hour three I did the same thing and noticed my car still sitting there. I asked for my keys back and drove away. Not one time in three hours did I get any correspondence. This service department is definitely not what It was in the past. I recently purchased a Subaru and there you can drive in without an appointment and they will have you done within a hours time. If you are into higher prices and long waiting times Inver Grove Honda service department is for you. As for me, I will never go back. More

I made an appointment more than a week ago for an oil change at Inver Grove Honda, I got there and checked in by 1:35 pm, waited in their waiting area. By 3:30 pm I checked with one of the agent and was change at Inver Grove Honda, I got there and checked in by 1:35 pm, waited in their waiting area. By 3:30 pm I checked with one of the agent and was told technician is finishing up with my. It took them more than 2 hours to complete an oil change on my car. I find that Unacceptable and they took ridiculously long for just an oil change on my car with an appointment. More

I took my car for service to change the tires. I had left my car with them and picked it up the following day. I was preoccupied and did not notice at that time. After that, I was away for vacati I had left my car with them and picked it up the following day. I was preoccupied and did not notice at that time. After that, I was away for vacation for couple of months and only a week ago noticed that my car rims seemed rusted and one of them was dented. I have pictures of the car from over 6 months ago ( much before tire change) and compared to present was clearly damaged. I went to the dealership to seek clarification about this and showed them the pictures from the past. The employee looked at them and initially said - during tire change, it’s possible that rims can be swapped around. When I showed the other side pictures which look good , he could not offer any explanation. He got his Manager Kristine with another lady told me rims might be rusted because of the MN winters. When I asked them how the dents could have happened , they said I hit a curb because of which those dents happened, the truth is I never hit a curb . I have a feeling that rims in my car now are not the ones I had originally. I took the car to the dealership trusting them ,however after this incident, I am not sure I can, and never going back. Through this post I would like others to be aware and please check everything thoroughly before you leave after the service and also I would like to know if anyone has had similar experience. More
