Tom was our service technician and he was excellent in communications, exceeded expectations on when the vehicle would be ready, explained what was determined to be the issue and extraordinarily professio communications, exceeded expectations on when the vehicle would be ready, explained what was determined to be the issue and extraordinarily professional. Inver Grove Honda - Service Visit I'd had to have my car jumped after leaving the interior light on, AAA said I'd need to replace my battery. I had an oil change scheduled the same da I'd had to have my car jumped after leaving the interior light on, AAA said I'd need to replace my battery. I had an oil change scheduled the same day at IGH Honda, so I drove there. Tim Larsen in Service was friendly, reliable, let me know my battery was fine! We all need more of that kind of honesty and trustworthiness when having vehicles serviced. Will definitely return. More
