The problems with the latest generation of CR-V are now being exposed (oil dilution, lack of heat and hinky electronics) and yet IVH and the other twin cities Honda dealers continue to sell these defective products. What is worse is that they continue to deny that these problems exist. I have written a few letters to the management of IVH and Honda North America with no response what so ever. I have been a loyal Honda for years but no more. I suggest that you stay away from any Honda product with the 1.5L engine in it and honestly I would suggest that you question owning Honda/Acura products going forward. Clearly their priorities have changed. This is the treatment you can expect if you have a serious issue. It is hard to imagine being treated like that will garner customer loyalty going forward not just for IVH but for Honda/Acura too. More
