It started back in February with online sales. There were plenty of other dealerships courting our business. From the beginning, Leigh was super friendly and patient. It seemed like she was on my side. It was Leigh who ultimately sold us the car and took the deposit over the phone. (That was on Tuesday evening, 6/14/11.) Then to make the deal happen on our schedule - Michael (business manager) was extremely helpful in getting the required paper work sent to us in Vermont, by overnight mail, so that the VT-registration could be done for car delivery on Friday morning - 6/17/11. That was asking a lot, especially considering the Vermont-registration complications. Wow, it was a very impressive response! Friday morning, the car was ready, at 9:30 am. Henry got to do the delivery. He was terrific with us - charming, patient, and very competent. A successful combination that makes him special! Ellen was very pleasant and accomodating. I was unsure of whether to buy used / new or the TSX / TL. We test drove several cars as well priced them all for me to help with my decision making. Due to other commitments, I returned later in the day with my spouse and we completed the purchase agreement in very little time. I considered the pricing very reasonable which made it a great sales experience. My former car was a Ford Taurus and I am loving my new 2012 Acura TL. It handles great and I love the Tech Package.
