Ellen was very pleasant and accomodating. I was unsure of whether to buy used / new or the TSX / TL. We test drove several cars as well priced them all for me to help with my decision making. Due to other commitments, I returned later in the day with my spouse and we completed the purchase agreement in very little time. I considered the pricing very reasonable which made it a great sales experience. My former car was a Ford Taurus and I am loving my new 2012 Acura TL. It handles great and I love the Tech Package.
