From the minute we walked into the dealership, we were greeted by a friendly and helpful customer service representative. Dale was very curteous, helpful and sensitive to the fact it was late and we didn't want to spend a lot of time at the dealership. He went over the options we added and the total sales price in detail to be sure we were all on the same page. We also took advantage of the .09% financing that was suppose to expire on 5/2. All in all it was a great experience and will buy my next TL from Prime and from Dale. More

I had searched over the Internet for my new Acura MDX for the best price. Other dealers would give me a price but not include delivery charge and when I asked for the monthly cost if I put xyz down and assu the best price. I have been a happy Acura owner since 1990 - the last 2 cars have been purchased at Prime Acura and although not convenient, I have always had my car serviced there. My experience with George and Chris has been wonderful and when my TL Transmission recently died, Chris was extremely sympathetic and understanding.When I decided not to fix the car, he introduced me to Ellen Kramer Gallagher to look at a "new to me car". She was very pleasant and professional and provided me links to the web site to review cars. She followed up regularly until I was able to make it to the showroom to test drive. I was pleasantly surprised when I got there and an RL had recently been returned after a 3 year lease. She was very familiar with the car and throughout the negotiation process (which I hate) she was not pushy and I felt she was on my side while trying to get the price I was looking for. My car purchasing experience at Prime Acura was definitely not what I expected, I am happy to say. I was not looking forward to what I thought would have to take place in order to buy my new car. I am new to the Boston area, and drove past the dealership one afternoon. I was greeted by Ellen and after sitting and talking with her for only a few minutes, I felt at ease right away and I could see why she had all the awards on her desk! She is professional, intelligent, and cared about what was important to me. I appreciated working with someone who was not pushy, and took the time with me that I needed in order to make my decision. We went on two test drives because I didn't know which car I wanted and she went over all the features in each and did not make my feel like I was wasting her time, even when I told her I would also be going to drive a Lexus and Audi. (She even gave me the name of someone at Audi to work with, which I thought was very nice.) She realized that my time is important as well and that this is a big decision. I ended up purchasing at Prime Acura because not only do I love my Acura TSX, but I really enjoyed working with Ellen! I also met Joe Rivera, one of the Sales Mgrs and he had the same pleasant and caring manner.
