My most recent service experience for an oil change and tire rotation on 12-7-19 was lousy. When the car was ready, it sat in the bay for 20 minutes before I got up and asked someone if they could help me tire rotation on 12-7-19 was lousy. Also, I texted someone named Justin about the status of my car and he never replied even though he texted me at the beginning of my service encouraging me to reach out by text or phone if I had any questions. 5k maintenance visit Called and was able to get an appointment later the same day; person I spoke w/was professional and pleasant. Telephone issue never resolved or mentioned again and i was told to make an appointment if I continue having a problem starting the car after I expressed i have had numerous problems in the 4 months I have had the vehicle. I also mentioned that I keep getting system update prompts and when i click on it it says there are no updates. Again, nothing done and i was prompted there was a system update when i got back in the car! I was told twice they were hand washing cars and that is why there was a delay getting me back on the road. After an hour i was told the vehicle was all set; oil changed and car washed. It was most definitely NOT washed. Pleasant staff but very dissatisfied with service. More
